We have relationships with the most prestigious private candidate networks in the U.S. but you control which of our partners display your open positions. Your posting will not be available for the general public to view. Once you registration is approved you will be able to see who is in our partner network.
On average you will receive 10 to 20 resumes per job posting. Our clients have told us 40% - 70% of the resumes they receive are great fits, and many of the other resumes are great candidates for other open positions they have.
Our candidates are highly sought after and expect to apply directly with a hiring manager or corporate recruiter. To meet the candidates needs we ask that you provide an email address to receive emailed resumes.
Our goal is to deliver top talent to help your company succeed. If you find more than one candidate that fits in your organization feel free to hire them. We do not charge extra if you hire multiple candidates.
We work with our clients to develop a position posting plan that meets their needs. Once you upload a job description you are able to select which partners you share your position with. Your posting fee will depend on how many partners you select. And remember, you can hire as many candidates as you like.
Our partners are private networks with members who are highly sought after candidates. We only reveal our posting partners to registered clients.
Our goal is to deliver a limited number of op candidates for you open positions. You only pay to post the position. Pay once and your done.
Our candidates have top educations and work experiences. Our candidates are best suited for Associates and above. Many of our candidates have C level qualifying backgrounds, extensive experience and top MBA's.
